Estimated delivery after dispatch is 7–15 business days for the United States and 10–21 business days for other destinations offered at checkout. Total estimated delivery time includes 1–3 business days of order processing plus the applicable transit time. Orders to the United States are generally delivered within approximately 8–18 business days after payment confirmation. Orders to other destinations offered at checkout are generally delivered within approximately 11–24 business days after payment confirmation. These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by customs, public holidays, weather, carrier capacity, or incomplete delivery information.

5. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

You may request cancellation by emailing info@cozygardenn.com within 24 hours after order confirmation. A request is timely only when it is received within that period. If accepted, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. After this deadline, the Return Policy applies. That policy explains eligibility, return authorization, return costs, damaged or incorrect items, and refund timing.
